Vermillion MVT and Design Logix Merge With SDS Technology Group

We are all too well aware of the downturn in current times and the difficulties companies have faced in this economic crisis. During these times, two companies based in the North West that are leaders in the software and hardware solutions have secured a merger.

Design Logix, who are a full service web agency and Vermillion MVT, who were founded in 2005 and who manufacturer application tracking software alongside vehicle management solutions for fleets and individuals with their product PathfinderMVT, have jointly become a part of SDS Technology Group.

SDS Technology Group was founded in 2006 and are rapidly growing. Together with their expansion they have secured many key partner relationships throughout the UK, Ireland and some of Europe.

By merging all together the companies are said to have doubled their workforce and can now offer existing and new clients a complete package meaning that the customer gets a much faster, better service.
