Stolen Vehicle Tracking in some cases is becoming compulsory as some insurance companies will no longer insure vehicles that do not have some king of tracking device installed.
Stolen Vehicle Tracking is becoming increasingly popular as individuals want the best possible chance to recover their car if they are unfortunate enough to have it stolen.
Recently I watched a television program on the theft of vehicles and one gentleman had had his £90,000 car stolen from his drive (not damaged at all as they had first broken into his house to steal his keys) and it was found in a lock up ready to be shipped out of Felixstowe port. He was so relieved to hear that it had been found as the insurance company had told him that they would not pay out for the vehicle as it did not have a tracking device installed. Can you imagine being told that, he actually said he was going to have to sell his house if it hadn’t been recovered.
So I suppose that is a lesson to us all as the thieves continue to get more ruthless with their approach to get the car they want and you can at least have a chance of getting it back unharmed if a tracking device is installed.
