After this information has been completed we progress to questions about the tracking solution you are looking for and your personal/fleet requirements.

The personal information you provide us with will only be passed to the tracking partners that a) you personally request or b) are suitable for your requirements in the event that you don’t provide any preferences.

If you are a tracking provider then you will need to supply us with contact details as above, and additionally, information such as brand details, customer testimonials that we can upload to our website and company details such as registered number and VAT number.

Your information will be used within TrackCompare.co.uk for administration and business development purposes such as statistical analysis.

We follow strict procedures, as required by law, regarding the storage and distribution of your information so you can be confident that your details are secure. However, we cannot be responsible for the privacy policies or practices of our partner companies. Please check the terms and conditions of these companies before use, even if following a link from the TrackCompare.co.uk website.

Please be prepared to provide proof of your identity before we are able to provide information to you, even if that information may be about you.

You can obtain a copy of the personal information we keep on you by sending a cheque for £10.00 in the name of TrackCompare to TrackCompare, 78 York St, London, W1H 1DP. This fee is to cover administration costs and is covered by the Data Protection Act 1998.
