Masternaut Assist Romec Track One Thousand Of Their Vehicles.

On of the largest facilities management companies, Romec, have gone about increasing the safety of their mobile workers with a Masternaut Three X tracking system.

Romec have installed one thousand of their service vehicles with a tracking device helping them to improve on their Health & Safety measures for its workers. Since doing this they have seen a reduction in speeding of around 82 percent which in turn has seen a reduction in fines of around 26 percent. Road Traffic Accidents have also been reduced since having the system installed by around 28 percent.

The tracking system provided by Masternaut provides Romec with the capability of accounting for their staff 24 hours a day and has had a hugely positive impact. Their engineering services team can view all of the vehicles and drivers in real-time and in doing so allows them to check progress made against schedules set.

Romec’s National Service Centre takes care of and protects around five hundred thousand assets based around the UK and it is important that they are monitored and there whereabouts known at all times. Alongside this the system Masternaut offer, supports Romec’s duty of care policy and is helping to encourage their drivers to drive in an efficient manner and be considerate to other road users.
