Masternaut Three X is one of the leaders in their field and has recently helped Gatwick Group implement advanced tracking systems and mobile computer systems.
The system is set to improve on customer service and operational efficiencies as they provide transport services to commercial, industrial and private clients, some including the aviation and rail industries.
The system will bring to Gatwick Group instant job updates that can be delivered via email or text. It will be run via PDA’s and the process is set up to cover the entire operation from the sending of a job to a driver to obtaining a clients signature and capturing images on site for proof of delivery. The Masternaut Three X system also supports Gatwick Group’s ISO 14001 green credentials as it cuts out a vast amount of paper based documentation.
The mobile system will keep customers up to date on live progress of their delivery and provide automatic and accurate time of deliveries. Once jobs are completed the employee will receive new jobs or tasks via their PDA wirelessly and simple job rescheduling can be achieved should jobs need to change or stop for the time being.
This system can streamline any business allowing multiple operatives to be updated on job information at the same time therefore promoting operational efficiency. The system can also be added to with any further features or functions as and when needed.
