Enigma Increases Choice For Users With New Payment Options For Vehicle Tracking Systems

By using their own financial strength they have launched Skyline Flex-e Finance Programme which is a totally unique service providing customers with increased flexibility and options when purchasing tracking.

The Skyline Flex-e Programme brings buyers the options of a full range of payment schemes such as rental and Pay as you Go with the choice of changing the scheme you are signed up to at any time.

Ian Keam-George from Enigma Systems PLC said that the company were astonished as to the number of their competitors who had ceased trading or facing financial difficulty which then leaves customers paying for their tracking systems which are barely of use to them.

Their product Skyline is one of the leading vehicle and data management systems offering instant visibility of vehicles. The system is integrated with Google maps and with all the features offered can be customised to provide security and telemetry data.

Within the Flex-e plan you have Flex-e Rent. This is a non committal rental plan which they base around an initial payment and includes hardware, software, installation, a twelve month warranty and a three month service fee. There is no long term commitment to this scheme and can be terminated at any time. Flex-e Rent does apply to certain products only within the Skyline range and the property would remain Enigma’s for the first three years.

They then offer the Flex-e Lease plan which long term can save costs over the rental scheme and is available on all Skyline products. It is available on terms of three and five years and comes with a warranty for the entire period. This is entirely funded by Enigma and the property remains theirs until the lease has expired. You are can change at any time the product, the service and the specification. This plan has a low initial cost, a three month service fee and can be paid by direct debit.

If that is not enough then they have the Flex-e Purchase scheme. This scheme gives the customer the chance to take advantage of Enigma’s 0% interest scheme which means equipment can be purchased with no penalties for taking longer payment terms. This plan also allows the user to update their products, change scheme and service at any time. This scheme can reduce the impact to the customer cash flow by allowing them to spread out the costs over a three month period and service fees are payable quarterly.
