Many companies may have a need to track individuals for security purposes. There are a variety of lone worker tracking systems that are specifically designed to increase employee safety.
Employees such as health & care workers and probation officers that are required to visit an individual’s home address can often be at a high risk and a tracking device can significantly increase their safety, providing peace of mind to both the employee and the employer. Tracking devices such as those integrated into identity badges, which can form part of a uniform, offer complete discretion. These devices are also able to raise an SOS/Panic alert should an employee be in distress and be in need of urgent assistance. These alerts can either be sent to the employer’s office or to a manned 24 hour monitoring centre. Either way employers can be confident that their employees remain safe. In addition, employees such as utility workers can also benefit from identity badge tracking systems.
Employees such as mobile security and construction workers can benefit from tracking devices integrated into walkie talkies (2 way radios). Again, these are discreet and allow employees to quickly raise a Panic Alarm. In addition, many of these devices can provide automatic ‘Man Down’ alerts.
