The recent aquisition of GlobalLive Ltd by Causeway Technologies initially looked to be a good thing with promises of new customer purchase models and significant investment in the developement of their vehicle tracking system.

Existing dealer customers have however been angered by the announcement of price increases of up to 20% on their contracted monthly payments. Reports from customers of confusion and poor communication from GlobalLive dealers has further fueled frustration leaving many customers looking to tear up their contracts and source new tracking systems.

just had 4 trackers turned off, can anyone advise if they can break our contracts like this. I thought they would have to wait until the renewal was due any one else out there in same position??

Have been very happy with Globallive until Causeway issued invoices for an already costly tracker service
Causeways threat of cutting a service if we do not payan approx £100 extra for our existing service is a disgrace and could be deemed illegal as they have bought Globallive, its directors software and book debt
